Meet the founder

Dr. Leslie Hodge, PharmD, RPh

Dr. Leslie Hodge is a Doctor of Pharmacy, registered pharmacist, educator, and workforce development leader with more than two decades of experience in community pharmacy and pharmacy leadership, including extensive experience in pharmacy management. Her career has included patient care, pharmacy operations, team development, and the training and mentorship of future healthcare professionals.

From Pharmacy Practice to Workforce Development

After years of seeing firsthand what separates someone who simply enters the pharmacy workforce from someone who is prepared to thrive in it, Dr. Hodge founded Emerge Learning Institute to create a different kind of training experience—one that connects education, hands-on application, professional development, and real-world expectations.
